About Helping Zimbabwe & The Msasa Cleanup Project
Helping Zimbabwe is a local (Zimbabwe) non-governmental organisation working in Zimbabwe, with partners and allies around the world to find lasting solutions to poverty and environmental protection.
Helping Zimbabwe has been operating in Zimbabwe since 2009 as Frampol Investments’ corporate social responsibility which then blossomed into an ngo, helping poor households to access their rights to quality education, food, health services, safe water and protecting the environment. One of the key activities in Zimbabwe over the past decade has been to help address the environmental decadency through planting trees and cleaning up Msasa. We work directly with communities, ministries, authorities and we seek to influence the powerful to ensure that poor people can improve their lives and livelihoods and have a say in decisions that affect them.
